Am perturbed about chances of getting a review
Thanks very much for your question. We are currently working on our process and policy surrounding sponsoring candidates who require a visa to work in the UK, so I hope to have an update within the next few months. Providing sponsorship will still always depend on the candidates skills & experience and the role applied for, as the government also have certain parameters we would have to ensure we follow. Our aim is always to hire the best person, so we hope to be able to expand our candidate base once we have our updated process and policy in place next year.
This is encouraging though there are indeed very good skilled Data Analyst professionals especially from Africa, which I am privileged to be one of them. But the border restrictions are making it difficult for us to navigate to a fortune career in the UK. It would be interesting to know when your policy have been updated to suit this purpose. Thank you.
