I completed the Dare to Dream program, which provides colleagues the opportunity to work alongside local schools and help mentor year 9 students. Each colleague mentors 3 students through discussions, team building activities and assemblies. The 3 students I mentored were fantastic, it was great to see them progress and help them in their own journeys. Watching them really grow and come out of their comfort zones was just amazing. It was great to be part of the program and I thoroughly enjoyed my time mentoring the 3 students I had. I felt like I had made a positive impact on their own development, and they also taught me a thing or two as well!
