Great question! At the minute, managing the expectations of many different stakeholders who all are after the valuable input / data. Many have great ideas, and usually what they want makes a lot of sense; however, it might not be easily available and would require lots of our time, or it would just not be possible with our current model. As an area that provides regular data already, it can be difficult to balance existing reports with new ones that you know would add value, but just aren't always manageable with the daily workloads. We are working at automating this, which is one thing I'm really excited about as our leadership team is really great at keeping us involved in the process, so it means we will have the opportunity to revisit a lot of the things we cannot currently provide.
