We wholeheartedly welcome neurodiversity at First Central! Our ongoing efforts involve developing a comprehensive strategy to better understand and cater to the needs of our neurodivergent colleagues. We understand that a universal approach doesn't promote inclusivity, as neurodivergent conditions can encompass a vast spectrum of support needs and unique strengths that can enrich our organisation. Our strategy for this is in the early stages but we were keen to get it right and love to hear ideas and feedback from our colleagues, whether that be new starters or existing colleagues. If you are neurodivergent and you feel comfortable to, we recommend you tell us before your first day so we can discuss what support you might need.
