First Central has some really clear and exciting plans for the future, which includes growing the business, introducing new products (including home insurance which we launched this month) and continuing to be a great employer. We’ve shared our three-to-five-year plan with our teams and colleagues are all kept up to date with progress through communications and regular ‘townhalls’ that the Senior Leadership team host. I for one am really excited to see what the future holds for us (I’ve been here for almost 11 years, so have seen a lot of change!), but I really do believe that Michael (our CEO) and his Senior Leadership team are ambitious in their plans to grow and develop First Central.
