Hello and thank you for the question. First Central has provided me with great opportunities for my career growth which has allowed me to change and develop my career since joining the business 13 years ago. My career looks and feels very different to when I joined the business. I joined the business as a claims handler dealing with insurance claims for motor accidents. I joined the learning and development department 6 years ago which completely changed my career trajectory.

Having joined the L&D team I went onto specialise in leadership development. I have completed one apprenticeship in leadership and am currently working through a 'Business Partner' apprenticeship which is all supported by the business. I have obtained many external qualifications which have supported my development both in and out of work . I am always looking forward to the next step of my career development and ready to take opportunities when they arise
