    Two of our values here are Ambition and Collaboration - these values I think really run true throughout the company and everyone is given the opportunity to put forward their thoughts and ideas. There are a number of different ways they can do this whether it be in team hubs and 1-1's, or during the regular TownCalls that we have with the Execs. Colleagues may also be part of project groups & the collaborative style we have here means that everyone's ideas are taken into consideration.

    We are all encouraged to put our ideas forward, whether we are new to the company or have been here for a number of years and no question is considered a silly one. The Culture, Engagement and Internal Comms teams regularly seek feedback and thoughts from colleagues, so this is another way that we can put forward our ideas.
