    Data is key to our success here at First Central, particularly when it comes to assessing risk. In the underwriting cycle, we use data analytics to inform us of our risk profile which ultimately helps inform our performance and risk appetite. As a personal lines insurer, we are working in a competitive market and with large volumes of data. Being able to process and analyse that data helps us to make decisions on our risk selection and pricing accordingly.
