Every day is different here for me, but I have a 'to do' list that I tick off when I have completed a task (this makes me feel like I have accomplished something if I get to tick it off!). I also tend to have a terrible memory, so I write everything down and set myself calendar reminders where I need to.
I will be honest and say it is a busy place to work, but I enjoy that and if it does ever get a bit too much then the Talent team and wider People team are super supportive and will always step in to help where they can. I am sure that others would also say that we work hard, but we also play hard and we are recognised for the work we put in.
I also love a list (and find it so satisfying to tick things off it)! I have mine split up into my daily 'to do's' , then weekly and monthly too. The team I work in also have a weekly rota for some of the regular tasks we complete to help split workload evenly, however as Jemma said the People team are always very supportive, and there's a culture of never feeling embarrassed to ask for help if there is too much work.
Working in an agile company means priorities and workload changes as every day is different! My personal choice is a list in a notebook that I can tick off, but in our team we also make use of a Kanban board within our teams site so we can all see the status of all our work at any point in time, this also allows management to view this and not need to ask the status of open items. We are also very open and supportive and if anyone needs some assistance then we are not worried to ask for help and get things done as a team.
It depends on what the task is; however in general I prioritise by largest task first - I think it's easy to pick away at the little bits and then run out of time or be overwhelmed by the large tasks. Then once the largest part is done its more settling to know there's just a few little bits to go.
