Team working is incredibly important in my role. I am responsible for product management, delivering product changes/releasing new products and you can't do these activities by yourself. I find myself working within my own immediate team, within the wider team, the wider division and the wider company all to deliver what's best for our customers and aligns to the goals of the companies. Some of this team working is structured e.g. Part of project planning, some is unstructured e.g. Ad-hoc conversations. You will find everyone is on the same page at First Central and everyone is very nice and approachable even the most senior level management. All of this combines to make team working a breeze within First Central.
