As a business we set targets to support, develop or recruit women into leadership roles. In 2022 we had 27.3% of female colleagues in a Head of Department role and within a year this has grown to 36.8%. We have a Women in Leadership Forum which was set up in 2022 and is a space for female leaders to discuss strategy, support each other and develop other women in the business. We have an internal mentoring programme which is open to all genders and will support colleagues in the development of their career. We have a robust Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy. I hope this has helped.
