Hi- thanks for your question! I've never personally worked at any of our competitors, as this is my first role in the world of Insurance, but from what I can see, we really have a unique culture here, which speaking to colleagues who have worked at some of our competitors, was their key reason for wanting to join us. We place a lot of importance on colleagues' experiences at work, and are always willing to try new things! I also think the work we are doing around Wellbeing is very forward thinking (for example, we're rolling out mandatory training to all line managers to teach them about mental health skills/how to have conversations about wellbeing) so that's different to our competitors!
