I think it varies depending on what your expectations are, but I was pleasantly surprised when I joined. You really get a feel for the Culture in your first week, all the Internal Comms are really informative, and helps you to understand what's going on in the company. I haven't worked anywhere before where that much attention was placed on the company's culture, so that was different for me!
