Moving sectors and industries I felt slightly nervous about to what to expect when joining. I had not worked in an office based environment before, let alone working from home aswell. However even from the interview stage I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was blown away by the training and support. I really felt like my ideas and questions were taken seriously and the environment within First Central allowed me to be open and honest. Having been referred by family to First Central I already knew it was a great company to work for, however experiencing it for myself I really do see a strong future with the company with the opportunities and the direction First Central is heading.

No matter what stage you are at within First Central I always feel in touch with company updates and involved in the wider picture. With regular updates from the exec team and the chance to ask direct questions. I had never experienced this before in previous companies and it's amazing to feel included in this way.
