Hi Meg,
Thank you for your question. There is no getting away from the fact that First Central is an insurance company, regulated by the FCA and therefore we have robust governance in place to ensure our customers receive the correct service and our products do what they should. First Central is an ambitious and growing business and therefore work output and expectations reflect this. All that being said, the culture at First Central feels (to me anyway) to be more casual then corporate. All colleagues are very accessible and open to communication, whether they be a head of department, a director and a member of the Executive committee. Our colleagues at First Central make it what it is and this is echoed across the business and reflected in our culture and make us one of the great places to work in the UK. There are always great initiatives going on to help create a fun and friendly environment to work in.
I hope this helps and answers your question.
