Thanks very much for your question.
We do provide enhanced packages for these here at First Central - we provide 20 weeks' full pay for the Primary Parent Leave (which covers Maternity, Adoption and Shared Parental Leave) and 4 weeks' full pay for Co-Parent / Paternity Leave.
There will be certain eligibility criteria for the entitlement to the enhanced pay (for example, length of service), but please do let us know if you'd like any more information about these policies at all.
