Absolutely right, it always feels like you knock on an open door here at First Central for new ideas, we definitely make things happen round here! The people make the culture and everyone is willing to help, support and guide and I mean everyone, right up to exec level! What would I start? Id start thinking about skills development and skills mobility across the organisation, as AI becomes more everyday this will be key to developing individuals to support careers.
