I work within the People Pillar of First Central and therefore my colleagues within the business make up many of the day to day aspects which I enjoy. I am fortunate enough to work with people from all areas of the business. This allows me to better understand the functions of various teams and department as well as learning new skills from colleagues in these areas. I really enjoy supporting people with their development via training sessions and coaching. I enjoy the creative aspects the job role requires from me.
