I think it is usually when we are going through a busy period and everyone steps in to help out where needed. There is a real sense of teamwork here and even though collaboration is one of our values, we really do all work to it (& it feels natural because of the colleagues we have here). I have had to call on my team and other colleagues a number of times over the years and don't feel like I have been left to get on with it myself - everyone is working to the same goals, so we all understand that we are here to support each other where needed.
