For me personally, I was working in HR, and I wanted to move into a more specialist role focusing on engagement and wellbeing, so thats what initially attracted me to the position. When I was doing my research for my application / Interview, I started to get really excited about the opportunity, and the company, as everything I was reading about our culture aligned to my own values, and it really felt like somewhere I wanted to work. Our Glassdoor reviews were really useful for me to read through as well, as you could see that overall people have a positive experience here. I also noticed on LinkedIn that lots of people had progressed in quite a short amount of time- which was a good sign for me too! :)
