The main advantages of working for First Central are the people, When I started at First Central I didn't know anybody, but people from the department came up to me and introduced themselves and assisted to help if I had any questions throughout my training, First Central always have an event happening whether its a party, Retro sports day or Mobile Bingo where once again you meet people from the wider business.
The other advantage of working for First Central is that they look after their employees with great benefits, as a football referee I picked up an injury and had to attend a number of physio sessions, through the benefit package that First Central has, I was able to get back some of the money from the sessions.
If you enjoy meeting new people and enjoy a social event then this is a great place to work.

I would definitely agree with people being the main advantage - I really like how friendly and approachable everyone is, regardless of their position within the company. I'd also add that employee wellbeing is a big focus for the First Central, there's a lot in place (mental health assistance and company policies) to support colleagues going through a variety of things, including mental health in general, menopause, and transitioning support to name a few!
