Hello! I would say for my role...
Passion - I'm very passionate about improving peoples' experiences at work, and I always want to do a good job because of this.
Creativity - We have to mix things up and try new ways of working, or new initiatives within my role, and I think this helps me succeed with any projects as I'm not afraid to try something new, or a new way of doing something.
Learning / Building knowledge - things are always changing in the workplace wellbeing space, so I think wanting to learn about what other companies are doing, what research is out there, is useful and helps inform our strategies moving forward.
