I'd say if I had to pick, then I'd say someone who is able to work well independently and is ambitious will do really well- we do work in teams a lot of the times, but there's also times where you get given tasks and have to approach things in your own way to get the result you need (at least, in my role anyway!)

Ultimately, we move quite fast at First Central (which I like) so if you're someone who likes change, and thinking of ways to improve processes etc, then you'll do great.
