For me it is the levels of communication and collaboration. The communication especially from the Execs is unlike anywhere else I have worked - they're open, will answer questions (& even tricky ones) from colleagues - we have a bi-weekly TownCall where the Execs give an update on business performance and answer questions from colleagues. If they don't know the answer right there and then they will take it away and look into it. The Execs are super approachable - in fact, it doesn't really feel like they're Execs - they sit on the main floor with colleagues and don't have their own offices etc, so there doesn't feel like there is a hierarchy like in many other organisations.
