I am very fortunate in that I do not have a 'Typical day'. I can spend some days designing and delivering training to a group of senior leaders or another day coaching individual colleagues. I may facilitate team building events with large groups of people or spend time on my own designing and creating digital learning content. I may be the facilitator of a training session or I may be a learner on things such as an apprenticeship I am currently doing or a webinar I have signed up for.

I host an internal company podcast and run an internal mentoring programme which enables me to speak to many different colleague about a wide range of subjects.

My role as a business partner means I am in meetings with key stakeholders looking at where L&D can add value and support their business areas.

The only thing I do each day that is the same is turn up for work.
