The main thing that surprised me when I joined First Central was how inclusive and friendly the company felt. Working in a fast paced company requires you to work hard, have the right conversations at the right time and remain focused. I was prepared for that, but I was pleasantly surprised at the overall culture. There is a real focus on colleague wellbeing with lots of resources and tools available. Everyone is results driven in a positive and empowering environment. It's what I love about working here.
