This is a really great question and it got me thinking. I have worked in learning and development for almost 7 years. I have learnt so many thing in this time and shared so much knowledge with others. The most valuable thing I have learnt from my role is to keep learning new skills and knowledge to keep my knowledge relevant to what people need to know and what the business goals are.
