In terms of the physical office environment, our offices are very open, neutral and collaborative spaces. We have a good range of meeting rooms, informal collaboration spaces and break areas for our colleagues to use. In the Haywards Heath Office (where I am based), there is games consoles, books and fun seating area to use on your breaks!

In terms of the cultural environment, we offer flexible and hybrid working at First Central, so many colleagues come to the office primarily for collaboration time - which means the vibe is always great! However, there are also many quiet spaces available if you prefer to work independently if you choose.
