Such a great question, and for me one of the absolute differentiators when I consider life at First Central. The openness, transparency and accessibility of colleagues at all levels is remarkable. In my role, I have to work across the entire business, seeking to develop and embed all parts of our data analytics strategy. In many organisations, you can run into significant reluctance and difficulties working with people to consider new ways of working with data, and changing established patterns of behaviour and data use; here at First Central, I have been amazed by the willingness of people to engage, listen, learn, and adapt how they do things.

Relationships are easy to build here, based on trust, collaboration, and a desire to do the right thing. We also have an amazing sense of fun, with many social events, both company wide and local team, and, in my experience, most departments focus huge efforts on creating a feeling of team.

In summary, I have fabulous relationships with colleagues in all parts of our business, we disagree at times, of course, but that's healthy, and the thing I love, is that we agree what we will do to move forward and that is what happens - no sense of politics, and wow, that is refreshing..!
