From my point of view- it's all the small stuff!
Monthly competitions that are a bit of fun but where you can win some pretty great prizes, the amount of Wellbeing events hosted throughout the year, (Whether that's an event about managing anxiety, or a crafty workshop telling you how to make your own Neon sign) being able to volunteer in local communities, the openness from colleagues, and the feeling that people genuinely care about how you are as a person- not just a number.
I also have never worked somewhere before where the Exec team are so open, and not afraid to answer difficult questions. We have bi-weekly TownCall sessions, where all the Exec team are present, and we can ask them questions anonymously. That opportunity is really quite unique in a company of our size, and I think it makes us stand out amongst our competitors.
