First Central has been fantastic at providing opportunities for development and growth. Over the past four years, I have participated in several courses that have benefited my roles at First Central and my own personal development.

One course that stands out is the Achieving Leadership Potential (ALP) course produced by our L&D team. When I applied, I was aiming to move into a leadership role, and the course helped me understand and hone my leadership skills through various in-class modules. The application process was clear, and I felt supported throughout.

Another skill I've developed is a focus on continuous improvement. This has always been an interest of mine, and the Operational Excellence team provided a course that explored the everyday mindset needed for continuous improvement. I've been able to apply these insights regularly since.
