Anonymous asked a question to Jemma R.
I've worked at First Central for almost 10 years, so things have changed quite a lot since I joined back then; however, I already knew someone that worked here so got some really good insights into what it was like to work here. I also got a really good feeling at the interview that it was a supportive environment here. During my first month, there was a lot of learning (which I think is pretty standard when going into a new role), but if I were to join the company now in my current role, I know the onboarding would be quite different to when i first joined back then. The company really invests in new starters and takes the time to onboard colleagues fully. Everyone here is really open, including the Exec team, so you never feel as though you're asking a silly question or taking too much of someone's time. We want to make sure you're in the best possible position to succeed in your role, so it is only in our best interests to support you with that.
