Absolutely the culture. I know that is a word that lots of organisations throw around with little context so I’ll explain what I mean by that.
For me our culture is something that allows me to be me at work. On a good day, on a bad day, on a sleepy day, on an energetic day… I have the space to be who I am.
My colleagues are always supportive, understanding and never judgemental. My line manager gives me the creative freedom to do my work the way I think is best and works best for me.
We work flexibly, collaboratively and a range of inclusive policies (with more in the pipeline).

I love working in a company that is driven and ambitious but also has a passion around colleague wellbeing. I drive myself and my team to do our very best, but equally this doesn't mean burnout. First Central seems to have found that balance and the culture is incredibly positive as a result. Being able to work flexibly supports this approach and means the company gets the best out of it's people. Everyone is very friendly and helpful but we are all behind the overall company objectives. Regular company wide calls hosted by the Executive Team mean we get really regular updates on performance and the opportunity to ask questions of senior leaders. The approachable and collaborative approach means we're all focused on the same results.
