The exact amount of holiday you get depends on your job grade, but all colleagues start with a minimum of 25 days leave. You also get 8 flexible bank holidays on top (meaning you can choose which festivals you wish to celebrate)... and an extra day's leave known as a YOUday. Lots of colleagues choose to take their YOUday on their birthday, but that's down to you to decide.

Once you've passed probation you can also buy , (or sell), up to a week's worth of holiday when the Holiday Extra window opens.
