We have achieved so much in the last year, it's hard to choose one thing. One of the biggest impacts has been our equal pay analysis which saw us go through every single job role to make sure we have a fair and equitable pay structure. We also raised our minimum pay levels to match the Real Living Wage rate rather than the Legal Minimum as we recognised the pressure the cost of living crisis has had on colleagues.
